Open to both men and women The Sheridan Centre for Elder Research is conducting a pilot project that explores the benefits of dance participation for individuals experiencing multiple chronic health conditions. You are invited to participate in 12 weeks (2 classes a week) of complimentary dance classes at Sheridan College. Participants must be experiencing mobility issues and at least 2 other chronic health conditions (e.g. high blood pressure, chronic pain, arthritis). No formal dance training in the past year.
